My burner has always worked and I went this morning to make a back up and I am having these issues. I am using the same disk as I always have. The ISO and DVD file are clean and pass all the checks. I recently moved this drive from one machine to my new one but I have already tried to move it back and it gives same errors in both machines. It also fails OPC too, it says timed out on logical unit. I don't know if my drive is messed up or I have screwed up a setting. I went ahead and updated and reflashed the firmware and its still showing the same issues. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I have been trying to back up NCAA 13 and have made about 6 coasters so far. I have a Ihas 124B with the most current Firmware, my drive in my box is a Philips/Lite-on DG-16D2S with LT 3.0 and i use verbs MKM-003-00. Here is the log for my most current burn and with these settings it shows the logo on the dashboard but if you try to play it says its dirty and needs to be cleaned (side note is I took my box apart and did clean the lens) and so i tried to copy it to the HDD and it copy 100% but if you try to play it says not supported.
