ok so turns out it was THAT specific iso.i tried another one and it was playable. my next question.......ive burnt like 2-4 games since then, 2 have been playable and the other 2 i get the 'this disc is unsupported" crap. is there a way for me to somehow KNOW if an iso will be playable BEFORE i burn it and find out it gives me the "this disc is unsupported" crap so ill stop wasting these expensive verbatim discs

ok. well that iso says "this disc is unsupported" every time ive tried it. the only other game i tried was a PAL game and my console is NTSC (i thought my console would have supported both since it modded) so i guess ill just try another iso that is NTSC and see what happens and that will tell me if its a problem or just the iso of the first disc i kept trying

ugh.....so i have to burn another disc that will end up unplayable just to get you another log so you can see it......gotta eventually get this working properly so ok.......

and then the second game i burnt also finished 100% successful but then my console told me it was the wrong region for my system and refuses to play it

i dont have it because when it burnt 100% successfully i assumed the game was going to play fine so i just closed imgburn i reade somewhere something about having to use some "xbox backup creator" program to load some special xdg3 file onto the iso or some crap to make the game work? jesus this entire process is complicated.......

do i still need to load the "burnermax playload tool" after opening imgburn and choosing the iso file ? i opened imgburn, chose the iso, ran the burnermax payload tool, it said it was successful and BurnerMAX IS enabled ! Free Space: 8,738,897,920 bytes............but then still shows Size: 8,547,958,784 bytes under the disc info in imgburn do i have to use burnermax payload tool still after flashing my drive with that ihas firmware or no ?

ok......downloaded it. used "flash utility" and did the "write flash" and chose that file and it finished successfully. so now i should be able to burn games with no problems??

i cant find the 224 A firmware anywhere ?? cant you just supply me with a link. ive been trying to find it, cant locate it, and i dont wanna flash with the wrong firmware and screw my drive

i know how to do this kinda stuff, i just dont know WHAT drive im cross flashing to? can you provide me with a link to the firmware file i need? or no?

i use the burnermax payload thing (which works successfully) but every time i try to burn a game i get that error writing leadout shit. and ive tried 3 different iso files and memorex and verbatim dvd+r DL discs its like its just having a problem closing the disc at the end ?
