All mirror downloads getting flagged and removed

the first error one was from IMGBURN itself, the errors are from webroot flagging the software. you can see the action here -
I have tried to download ImgBurn on multiple machines and each one, using Chrome/Firefox and IE remove the download just after it was finished. I have done this for all mirrors...
