Hey guys thanks alot, i have the new drive in the mail right now, it will be a day or two before i get it but i can only hope that it performs as well as you guys say:) its the Pioneer DVR111, thanks once again.

Well on that note:( that really sucks that i have to get a new drive, well when i do what do all of you guys recommend to be a really good drive without spending a shit ton of money on one, what overall have you guys found to be a really good drive to have? any recommendations would help:) thanks alot!!

okay, so i have been on this site checking out the forums for the past week id say and i have tried everthing it seems, im really hoping that somebody out there can help me with this. I have a Sony DW-G120A DVD burner and i have updated the firmware on it to the latest, i have also bought new media which are the Taiyo Yuden media TYG02 DVD-R media. I was using crappy memorex discs before and i got 1 out of about 20 to actually work, so i decided to change to the Taiyo Yuden's, which worked absolutely perfect for the very first disc, thinking i had fixed my problem until i attempted the second burn of something else, well come to find out, there was the exact same error as before. well i can only hope that somebody out there will tell me what the hell is wrong and why i keep producing coasters... here is the Imgburn log of one of the errors ImgBurn Version 2.1.0.0 - Log ; Tuesday, 30 January 2007, 14:08:50 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 12:46:03 ImgBurn Version 2.1.0.0 started!
