  1. I actually downloaded the files so it looks like I wasted 16 GB of download data and now I have to try and upload 16 GB for nothing. At least I know it's not a problem with the way I'm burning the files. Thanks for your help Rincewind.
  2. Well according to imgburn it burned it as a bluray video disc, but I did notice something else back up from your log... This MIGHT be an issue. Consider doing a FULL erase (WITHOUT spare areas), and try burning your disc again. Also try your disc on a software blu ray player on your computer. Either WinDVD or whatever is used to play bluray video discs on Windows. Only other thing is consider updating your firmware: http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_1757-file_BH10LS30_1.00-09.exe.html I tried PowerDVD9 which came with the BD burner and I get this message. "There is a disc with an unsupported format in drive G:" When I installed the software for the BD burner, it updated the firmware but it looks like it updated my DVD burner firmware instead.
  3. I've burned a homemade Blu-ray disc and my standalone BD player says it's a data disc. I've burned some BD movies before doing this and they were recognised as BD discs. 4. Try a burn with OPC disabled. Not all combinations of media/burner like that setting. Thank you. That seems to have worked.
  5. I've done 16x speed and it gets stuck at 95%. After 15 minutes I stopped the burn. I don't like to burn at that speed. I prefer to burn at the slowest speed possible.
  6. I'm using ImgBurn v2.5.1.0 and using Sony CDs to burn an ISO. I get the power calibration area error. So I closed the program opened up DVD Decrypter and burned without any error messages. ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 - Log ; Sunday, 16 May 2010, 19:00:08 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 18:56:27 ImgBurn Version 2.5.1.0 started! 7. I uninstalled SP3 and I have no problems with imgburn. Installed SP3 and the problems happen again.
  8. I used Nero and it burned without any problems with XP SP3. So the problem is not my drive or media.
  9. I'm using the current version 2.4.1.0 on Win XP SP3 and I can no longer burn any DVDs with my Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-105 1.33. I even went back to version 2.4.0.0 and I still got the same errors. I even updated the burner firmware but I still had the same problem. Reason: Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format Retry Failed - Reason: Invalid Address For Write However I can still burn on my PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-108 1.04 but I don't like using it for burning. I always using my 105 for burning. ; //****************************************\\; ImgBurn Version 2.4.1.0 - Log ; Monday, 19 May 2008, 19:55:14 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 15:43:52 ImgBurn Version 2.4.1.0 started! 10. I've burnt at 4x and sometimes the DVD has pixcellation and freezes. If it's burnt at 1x, this does not happen.
  11. I'm using TDK 8x media with an Pioneer 107. I havew burnt at 1x before with the media and burner. It's just now decided to burn everything at 4x.
  12. If I select to write the DVD at 1x, it writes at 4x. I'm using Imgburn 1.1.0.0. How do I fix it so that it writes at 1x?
