Click it. Then one of the options on the menu is 'Log', click that and the Log window will appear. The log window and the log file are NOT the same thing. like this ???? That's all we needed, just a single session's worth of log data where it displayed an actual problem. You're still on Vista (No Service Pack) rather than SP1 or SP2. Click Start -> All Programs -> Windows Update. Then click the 'Check for updates' link at the top of the panel / column on the left. Once it's found them, install them all.
