2.5.0.0 is really buggy for me..

Hello everyone.

I'm having major issues since I upgraded to 2.5.0.0. Here's just a summary of my problems:

  1. Write speed only tops at 1.0x, 4.0x in 2.4.0.0.
  2. The device buffer constantly drops and "re-buffers" during the write cycle.
  3. Sometimes, the CD drive simply stops writing and refuses the cancel the write cycle, requiring a manual reboot.
  4. The verify cycle only outputs errors.

This ONLY occured in 2.5.0.0. I'll post my device details soon once I get the previous version installed again. I doubt it's a device issue--why would it start after installing 2.5.0.0?

I'm waiting till 2.5.1.0

I'm trying to remember not to get the .0 version, wait for .1

eg. windows 3.0 or XP

Seems a silly thing to say.
