Here's just a summary of my problems: Write speed only tops at 1.0x, 4.0x in 2.4.0.0. The device buffer constantly drops and "re-buffers" during the write cycle. Sometimes, the CD drive simply stops writing and refuses the cancel the write cycle, requiring a manual reboot. The verify cycle only outputs errors. This ONLY occured in 2.5.0.0. I'll post my device details soon once I get the previous version installed again. I doubt it's a device issue--why would it start after installing 2.5.0.0?
