I 14:13:33 Destination Device: [1:0:0] HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH22LP20 1.03 (D:) (ATA)

I 14:13:33 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x)

Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning at 6x or 4x.

If all that doesn't help then read this -> http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=8000
