It was recommended by everyone at the private site I am with, but no one there has run into this yet. Since they all download from there, there must be another problem. I can't even burn an image, nevermind burn it to a DVD.

Anyone else have a suggestion on how to fix this?

You have an invalid IFO file, how you deal with that is beyond the scope of that forum.

ImgBurn expects you to have a compliant set of DVD Video files and so basically you're out of luck until you fix the problem.

FYI: My test for a valid IFO file simply checks that the file contains the correct header - because it then has to update certain fields in the file so it points to the correct sectors when playing what you know as VOB files.
