dbminter Posted November 4, 2009 Share Posted November 4, 2009 Something I've seen before with many different drives and types of DVD-RW discs is if you cancel a write after only writing a little bit of data, ImgBurn stays at 99% Synchronizing Cache for a really long time. You should know better Once a track has been reserved (as is the case for DVD-R and DVD-RW), if you cancel the burn early the drive will often end up zero-filling the area it didn't finish burning to when that command is issued to it.
