LaurieF Posted January 26, 2010 Share Posted January 26, 2010 HELP! More than 30 minutes ago I initiated an attempt to burn an iso image to a DVD and was asked to format it. I said yes, and the process started normally. However, within 5 minutes, it reached 11% (erasing disk) and has not budged from there since. When I try to close the program, it tells me "Sorry, you cannot cancel this operation." Further, I am unable to open the DVD tray. What should I do? Should I shut down my machine? Please help.
