ssjkakaroto Posted August 6, 2006 Share Posted August 6, 2006 Hello there, I just tried to burn a data DVD using Imgburn v2 and the disc is unreadable in Windows Explorer, it keeps asking me to insert a disc. The strange thing is that Imgburn, CD-DVD Speed and Alcohol all recognize the disk as being full, so I can make a image of the disc using Alcohol and when I mount it on a virtual drive I can read all the files without a problem. LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 6, 2006 Share Posted August 6, 2006 As imgburn locks the drive during a burn, the OS doesn't always see the changes. Eject the disc, close imgburn then put the disc back in. Explorer should then try and read the disc again properly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There is no reason to ever change from that, SPTI undergoes ALL the testing, I never even look at the others anymore now really. Besides, you're using Nero ASPI which is just an SPTI wrapper anyway - and hence slower! Do you by any chance have autoinsert disabled or something?
