Adrianvdh
When ever i create an ISO of my discs i choose my H: drive to save to but during the reading process ImgBurn locks up that drive and I'm not able to access that drive until the read is over
LIGHTNING UK!
ImgBurn does nothing with the destination drive beyond make a file on it and use it. On top of that, I can't say that I've ever had a problem accessing the drive I'm saving a file to.

LIGHTNING UK!
Maybe the machine is just too taxed by what ImgBurn is writing to the drive and it can't then handle the OS trying to access it at the same time. That would be especially true for external drives - usb etc. I can assure you there's no 'bug' here.
