ImgBurn disk cannot be read on Bluray players

I have burnt a 16Gb mkv file to a BluRay folder using tsMuxerGUI and burnt these folders to a Bluray disk using ImgBurn 2.5.7.0, and the movie plays beautifully on my computer.

However, when I go to play it on my Panasonic DMR-BW780, the subtitles do not appear.

When I play it on a friend's Sony BluRay player, the subtitles are present, but the movie is badly pixelated

Can anyone please advise on how to overcome either problem?

My TV is a PAL system

regards,

Jill ( Australia)

ImgBurn only burns what you give it.

If things don't work correctly on your playback device, there's probably an issue with the source files or the disc just isn't very easy to read - that's down to your drive and the media you're using.

If the disc burnt and verifed ok, there's little more we can do for you.

Please post a log so we can see that happening (or not, as the case may be) - see the pink box up the top :chair::)
