That_One_Guy Posted June 28, 2013 Share Posted June 28, 2013 Alright, for the past few days, I've been trying to change the book type of a DVD+R, but everytime I do it, imgBurn tells me that it can't because of an I/O Device error. I'm using a TSSTcorp CDDVDW TS-L633J TF03 inside my laptop as my burner. I've included an image of what my screen looks like when I try. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced. Right click on the drive selection box and pick 'Family Tree' on the menu that pops up. Close the prompt and then copy + paste the log info again please. The prompt stated that there was no family tree data for my drive. Is that suppose to happen?
