Can't burn BD disc but earlier I could do it

The problem is that nowadays I can not burn  BD dick.

For example,

What can You recommend me ?

I made brning BD-R and BD-Re before (about 20 discs) but some problem is appeared.

and I'd like to note that the same disc I can succesfully burn by using Nero 12.  So I think there is no prblem with my ASUS BW-12B1S. The problem there is with  imgburn. Maybe do I need to  use the previous version of imgburn ?

Sorry, what's the problem here exactly? That it never finished the 'Sync Cache' bit?

 

All ImgBurn does at this point is send the sync cache command and then poll the drive every second to see if it has finished doing it.

 

Press the F8 key when it's been doing it for a while and see if ImgBurn is still polling ok. You'll see a bunch of log entries being added every second.

 

Normally when a drive (system) keeps doing that forever with no change, it's due to bad drivers.

 

You could try enabling the 'Don't Use Immediate I/O' option in the settings. That'll tell ImgBurn to send the sync cache command and set a flag saying not to return control to the program until the drive has finished processing it.

Before it Nero 14 succesfully wrote this  disc .

The problems probably stem from the 'write error' your drive reported during the burn. Turn off bd-re fastwrite in the settings. Why have you dropped back into safe mode?

2) RE: Why have you dropped back into safe mode? 

It  took the long period  (see the time of starting and dropping) and and I thought that the result will be bad . Maybe I was wrong.

I'm not seeing a 'write error' in that newer log. The buffer issue is probably due to you using your machine for other things. It's only burning at just over 8mb/s so it shouldn't really be asking too much of your machine / hdd. Do you ever defrag your drive?

I made the defragmentation, cleaned  the comp via NOD 32, closed all other progaramms, tried to  burn and got again the mistake:

Maybe I don't have a large free memory  on hard disc?

Why do you think there is a problem at all?

 

Unless that log was incomplete, no errors have been logged.

 

Show me a complete log with you burning and verifying the disc. Don't waste time doing a quick erase on it... that's completely pointless.

Ok, so the problem is that your drive / machine is forever returning that the sync cache operation is still being processed. That's usually a driver thing. There's an option in the setting to not use 'immediate I/O'. Enabling that might work around the issue.

It doesn't look like you've got the 'Don't Use Immediate I/O' option enabled in that burn.

 

If you did, I wouldn't expect you to be able to cancel out of the program at all until it has finished the 'sync cache' part.

 

For the sake of testing things quickly, just burn a 100MB or so of data to the BD-RE, you don't need to burn the entire thing.

I marked the option and got the mistake as previous.

Maybe something wrong with my ASUS BW12B1ST although NERO and Cyberlink Power 2 GO can burn the disc ?

That makes no sense.

 

If the program isn't using Immediate I/O, the sync cache command must either succeed or fail before it can proceed with whatever's next. You shouldn't have the ability to 'abort' anything once the command has been sent as ImgBurn is then just forced to sit waiting.
