How to burn ISO 8,07 Go (8 672 346 112 octets) on DVD DL

Hello,

I have a DL DVD that I have to duplicate.
Basically, it's a Verbatin Dual Layer DVD.

What I do not understand is that the capacity on the DVD is far exceeded: 8.07 GB (8 672 346 112 bytes)

So when I take another DVD for the copied, it tells me that the capacity of my DVD is not big enough.

I have the same concern with ISO

I made an ISO of this DVD, but of course, the ISO is too big for a DVD DL

How is it possible ?

And the basic DVD is a DVD DL verbatim
