Imgburn get's hung up while loading when it tries to communicate with the drives. I followed the FAQ and installed the debug reg key but I need help in diagnosing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a bunch for your help and the link, It provided me with the dell version driver that I needed. ImgBurn works great now! This program blows any retail program out of the water IMO, 1/1 DVD+R DL's burned so far, which is far better than I can say about the $50 coaster software that I bought previously. But ImgBurn took that awful taste right out of my mouth

While you're at it, you might want to upgrade your burner's firmware to 1.03.
