Hi there,

can anybody help me with an error I'm getting (see log file below). Never had any problems with my media or Burner before so if someone could shed some light on this and point me in the right direction that would be great.

Its your media ,I 01:32:33 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: CMC MAG. AE1) (Speeds: 2x, 4x, 8x)

pure garbage im afraid .

Its that bad that the burner that just wrote to it cant even read the disc back

get some Taiyo yudens or verbatims

Thanks for the reply mate.

It's yellow Datawrite DVD-R that I use and haven't had any problems in the past. In saying that I've just tried again and got the same message again. I'm half way through a spindle of 50 so maybe just come across a bad patch. I'll give it 1 more try.

Cheers

Gordy

  • 1 month later...
I 01:32:33 Write Speed: 2x

i would burn them at 8 instead...which should give better result than 2x?

(Disc ID: CMC MAG. AE1)

I'd shit-can them, learn my lesson about crap media and move on to the media that we recommend here on the IB forum. <_<
