wrboone
In the past I never had this problem, but for some reason my IMGBurn software doesn't recognize there's a DVD in the drive. I am not sure if I accidently set something wrong in the options menu or not, but I wonder as this had never been a problem before. I have been able to burn using the "Active@ISO" freeware burner, so I know it's not a hardware problem. Any suggestions from the experts here? Keep in mind I am very novice in these matters so a siple explanation would be great! Bill
mmalves
Go to Tools/Settings, click the Defaults button, answer Yes and then click OK. If you're in Build mode, go to the Options tab and click Reset Settings. Also in Build mode, click the Output menu and choose Device. Does ImgBurn still not recognize your DVD after doing all this?
