I have mad myself about 20 useless dvds in the last 24 hours. I keep getting an I/O Error! It seems to happen more often with 2 of the 3 different DVD-R medias that I have.

The Error Msg looks like this:

I/O Error!

Scsi Status 0x02

Interpretation: Check Condition

CDB: 2A 00 00 1A 97 E0 00 00 20 00

Interpretation: Write (10)- Sectors: 1742816-1742847

And this is the IMG Log:

I downloaded the file from firmware and used winzip 12 to open it. But when I open it and click run, I am getting a box that pops up with : Acess Denied! You must have administrator privilege to flash drives.

I don't know why it would say that. I am on my Windows admin user account.

I get the same kind of error but on the last line mine says for Interpretation: Cannot write Medium - Incompatible Format

I am assuming it is the dvds I bought...Memorex DVD+R DL. I didn't realize they were so corrupt. I've ordered some Verbatim. But just in case, does the error message above refer to the DVDs? I tried all 10 in a pack and got the same message each time.

Right before I got the I/O message I got this message:

Set LO Data Zone Capacity Failed!

Reason: No Seek Complete

What does that mean? My computer is capable of burning double layer dvds...I've done it before with Verbatims. Thanks.
