Hi all,
When trying to burn an iso, imgburn is locking up on me at the end. The burn appears to be successful, but imgburn won't quit and freezes, holding a bunch of memory hostage. I have to kill it using task manager to get the GUI to disappear, but it still shows up on the task list. I didn't have this problem until I upgraded to the latest version of imgburn, though.
Specs:
HP Pavilion zd7040us
HL-DT-ST DVD+RW GCA-4040N 1.15 (ATA)
Windows XP Home (5.1, Build 2600 : SP2)
Imgburn version 2.4.2.0 (updated today from 2.4.1.0)
Memorex DVD+R
After the burn is apparently complete, the log states the following: (manually entered from a different computer)
...
Write Mode: DVD
Write Type: Incremental
Write Speed: MAX
DVD +R Reserve Track: No
Link Size: Auto
Test Mode: No
OPC: No

At this point, ImgBurn locks up. It says at the bottom of the GUI:
Getting Disc Control Blocks Information...
Clicking File -> Exit results in the following log:
Close Request Acknowledged
Closing Down...
The GUI says this at the bottom:
Terminating Interface Thread...
And now it's locked up.
After ejecting the disk, it closes. This is different from the behavior I have experienced with the last 5 disks I've burned though. Hmmm. It usually stays locked up.
