There's firmware BCIB available for your burner. Remove any disc and close the tray before updating. Reboot after it has finished.
Thanks UKLIGHTNING on media suggestions, note taken.
Thanks MMalves on the firmware link, did the update and voila it created the DVD! It seems to play OK in the TV DVD recorder - but the funny thing is my computer does not see the DVD after it is burned - no media present..not sure why it sees a blank and all other discs.
I also burned part two on a DVD and the burn worked, but it will not play on the TV DVD Rec/player, some files are probably missing in the part two image - have to expirment to see what is missing and re-do a image for part two.
Same went for this part two disc, my computer did not see it in the drive.
Anyone have any idea why DVD 1 can play fine in my TV/DVD but not seen at all by my computer's DVD drive?
Thanks
