  1. I cleaned my drive with a paint brush, i took another dvd from the tdk's cake, and i burned succesfully at 6X I got two error's during the process, i clicked ''try again'' both times, and everything went fine.
  2. Hello, i have a problem burning an image. Two times at the past, i needed your support and you told that the media i use are not the appropriate. Both times though you gave me a solution. I hope for another solution, as i still have a little stock of these tdk's, and i want to use them before buing some verbatim's. Here is my logfile :

  8. I have good news. Despite the error message during the burning procedure, i inserted the DVD in my drive, and guess what ? The game is installed without ant problems, and now my daughter is playing with it!!! Thank you both for your help, and mainly for the interesting info about MID. My next purchase will be verbatim. As a conclusion, i still have 100% success with imgburn, and that's something very important for me. Keep up the good work.
  9. I restored the settings back to deafult, i updated the firmware of the drive, and i tried to burn at 12X. Didn't worked. Here is the new log : I 22:03:36 ImgBurn Version 2.4.2.0 started!   10. Thank's for the quick help. I' ll try what you said, and post back. Just for info i used a lot of these TDK'S, without any problem in the past. If nothing work's, i 'll try another brand.
  11. Hello everybody!! I' using this excellent program during the last two years, in which i burned a significant number of iso images, with 100% success. Today i had my first failure, and i can't burn an iso image, despite the experimentation i made with the settings of the program. I get an I/O error.
