No, it is not a bad sector on the original HDD, it seems that media (disc) has failed. Can you give some detail as to what the error log is reporting? Thanks, Frank

I am trying to create a disk image of a DVD-R backup of a HDD. The HDD backup DVD-R was created using a Linux based backup program. I have had success using IMGBurn to create a disk image of a backup like this before. Any ideas? Is it a bad sector on the original HDD?
