  1. How to write a Blu-ray Video disc using ImgBurn is what i followed. makes a disc- but is not playable thanks Note: i did include the log file, maybe that will help
  2. this media is not supported. was the result. is this cos of europe/north america? I am in north america thanks I put in a bluray disk i made and everything worked for that old disk ImgBurn.log

Setup_ImgBurn_2580_N1ExL6QD_install_1157536491 i can download it with the chromebook, but it is going on a windows 7 laptop that does not connect to the internet. as it is such a small file i assume it needs to connect to get the real file. what do i do? i have a BDMV file with certificate and i need to make a DVD with it. I made the original files. will anything else do this job? thanks all
  8. i make the videos in pinnacle studio 12 what are the image files called for Blu-ray and AVCHD and DVD thanks all

  10. thanks i did try 2 brands of discs and 2 computers! i downloaded the firmware. i asked LG about updates but they never mentioned that one.

  12. i tried burning data files and got the enclosed... so i tried another software using a BD-RE this time and it worked fine. but would NOT burn to an BD-R. up north BD-Rs are very expensive coasters. what do i do? tried philips and verbatim. the BLU-RAY Disc rewriter is a LG BE06lu10 it uses standard drivers thanks all
  13. there is no log. i doubt imgburn can do what i need in avchd or blu-ray. as it would be working from an image. pinnacle makes one. it is the pinnacle image that does not work correctly. in dvd, imgburn creates the image and therefore it works fine. thanks anyway
