I'll buy some new disks then. I think it's the drive, though. I've had problems with it in the past. I guess I'll just have to wait a while before I can install Windows 7

The disks are fine.

Because of my crappy DVD drive, if I burn anything above 4x, it fails. My disks for some reason won't go below 4x. So everytime I burn my software, on installation it fails. Is there a way to force it to burn at 2.4x? Possibly slower? Thanks
