  1. I got the same error message all of a sudden this morning. 1st thing you can try is increasing your buffer size in imgburn. tools-settings-io and slide the buffer bar over to a higher buffer size. try it. the 2nd thing you can check is your hard drive size. when you're burning iso files that may be 4 gig or so, it doesn't take very many files (4, 5, 6, etc) to fill up your hard drive fast. I had to delete some iso files that I had recently downloaded. Also defrag your hard drive to speed it up. This should do it. I removed about 8 iso files, rebooted my machine, and did a new burn. It worked just fine.
  2. Thanks, actually you did help me quite a bit, and it's greatly appreciated. Everyone was telling me I'd be able to read the disc after it's been burnt.. As I always say, need the right answer, go to the simplest source. After all this time & discs, I finally got the disc burn working... Thanks again!
  3. that's right, it is.. I'm trying to do backup of one of our games.... But it doesn't even work in the wii machine...
  4. i've been trying desperetly for the past 2 weeks to burn an ISO img file to dvd-r disc. on windows Vista. Imgburn 2.5 always says the burn is successfull with no errors in the log, but when I try & read the disc, it's blank. 0 free space. I've tried the disc on different machines, and rebooted windows. Can't read the disc. I am using good quality verbatim discs, burning at 4.x speed. already went through about 10 of these expensive little hummers... I'm doing a new fresh burn now so you have an updated log... The device is a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA T20N. I've checked the driver update, but windows says I already have the latest version. I've checked the firmware vrs through imgburn and there is an update.. imgburn says I have version WT03, there is a version WY04 for my LG-GSA-T20N. I downloaded the file, but when I run the exe, it can't find the target drive. I've tried our other 3 computers, but none of them support recording on DVD-R discs. --- Log File ---- I 06:49:32 Operation Started!
