  7. All of a sudden I am unable to erase DVD-RW. I have tried 3 disc's including 2 brand new ones, I copied down the following info when I put in a brand new DVD_RW. After that, I just kept getting erasure failures. I/O error scsi status 0X4 Interpertation.........check condition Interpertation.........write (10) 768-799 Interpertation.........unknown internal target failure It seems that I can still burn regular DVD-R discs. Thanks
  8. I am using Image Burn amd I have a Pioneer DVR-116 burner. I have burned hundreds of data discs with this burner and they usually took between 10 - 12 minutes to complete. Today the burner has slowed down so that it now takes over an hour to burn 1 disc. I ran spybot and adaware and corrected some problems but it hasn't sped up the burner. Is this a software problem or do I need a new burner?
  9. I am having the fault: ""No Writers Detected"" On all my burns now. What does this mean and how can I correct it? Thanks
  10. I have downloaded Win 7 RC and I am supposed to ??burn an iso file?? What is an iso file and can I burn it with Image Burn? Will this be a bootable disc? Thanks
  11. My Image Burn ejects the burnt disc and then I must re insert the disk before it proceeds to veify. Is their anyway to get it to complete the entire preocess and then eject the disk? Thanks
  12. Thank you for your reply. I have Poneer model DVR-109. Your list shows this firmware is dated Aug 2005 and I up dated the firmware in April of 2006 so presumably I have the latest firmware??? Any other suggestions? Thanks again
  13. I have some old DVD-RW disc which I have burned succesfully many times with Nero. When I put then in Image Burn it says disc must be refomatted and then it starts ersing the disk. It shows a per centage count up to about 50% and then it stops showing the % and just shows "erasing disk". It never changes and it won't allow me to close the program. Sometimes I need to reboot the computer. I just bought some new Sony DVD-RW and these crash me machine (WinXP) when I put them in Image Burn. I have a pioneer burner. Yet Image Burn appears to burn my regular DVD-R just fine? Can anyone help? Thanks
