It doesnt say it in the log but when i try to burn at the bottom margin of imgburn not the log it says "Device not ready (unable to find TOC)" what does this mean?

i keep getting "W 23:23:22 Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - Reason: Session Fixation Error Writing Lead In in my log when i try to burn right after it says writing lead in any help?

what does this mean and how can i fix it?
