the ffmpeg does not really have a install icon. i downloaded the ffmpeg from here. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ffmpeg. how would i go about installing this codec pack? thanks

okay i mounted my .iso with virtual clone drive. i played the movie and the audio is not in sync and the video is a bit choppy still. same as before. is my dvdflick settings wrong or something? this also happened to my past movie.

after encoding the Video it becomes a .iso file so i cannot play the movie. how would i go about that? Thank you.

but i also noticed that my DVD is DVD-R

the video before the encoding plays fine. its smooth and audio is in sync. however after the burn and played it on my tv the audio is way out of sync, but the video is a bit choppy.

is it because i am using DVD-R to burn

So i burned my first movie using dvdflick and i used imgburn to burn the video i had which was I had to convert the .avi movie to dvd format. I could watch the spy next door however some parts in the movie it would be slow and the audio is not in sync. what is the problem here?
