I think my cable is 80 with lots of wire... And its also new... The jumpers are set to master..

Sorry for the late reply.. Well this week i tried my luck and on my own risks do these things: 1. Checked the tape like belt connected with CD ROM and mother board.. 2. Checked the jumpers situated at the CD ROM drive...the jumper was at the middle i shifted it to the right most.. All drivers are current...but I said previously not all drivers are digitally signed as drivers related to IDE are not digitally signed.

Well I do that but i am not getting how to solve it.In many posts you have said that check the cable,check whether the drive is set on master etc etc..frankly speaking I did not know how to check these...

Okay!! How will i resolve this problem...I have seen all the previous posts related to this problem but am not getting to to resolve it.SO please help me out.

ImgBurn is a nice app no doubt I'd burned more than 100 DVDs and CDs with it,but recently it started to show some freaky error maybe this error occurred after I reformatted my system...This error shook me up!!
