kiss my ass

i have had 2 issues. after getting movie i will try it using vlc media player. if it works i will burn it to disk i will burn 4 or 5 movies what ever fits i will have the problem no sound sometimes it will just not burn 1 of the movies i assume it does not reconize the avi file i was wondering why i get no sound and sometimes it will not burn the movie any suggestions thank you for your time

i having been using img burn for a long time thank you great burner i have always used + or - or dual layer disks with great success i am now trying rw disks when i put the disk in img burn prompts me the disk is not formatted how do i do this.
