  1. I'm thinking it could be a virus on my computer, but that has nothing to do with IMGburn, thanks for your help again, this is easily the best free burning software on the internet that i have tried
  2. It gradually slowed down and got stuck, no error message
  3. I couldnt figure out how to copy the log while in safe mode, sorry. A better explaination is that up to 55% it was burning at 1.7x and then it went down to 0x. From that point on it fluxuated between 0x and .6x until it stopped increasing from 0x at 61%. i will try again later tonight, and if that doesnt work i will pick up some verbs. Thanks Lightning
  4. Its burning in safe mode right now, at around 15%. its only going at 1.7x though, which i fear could effect the game. It will be done in an hour and i will let you know if it has worked. Thanks so much for your help so far Lightning!! Edit: it failed at 60% after around an hour, does this help?
  5. Yeah, when i turn the drive off imgburn gives me an error message. Let me trying installing that.

  7. Any suggestions of what to do? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, unplugging and replugging, disabling and enabling, which is everything I could possibly think of to do.
  8. Can we post links to other websites on this forum? If not, I'm sorry. Try posting your problem on the xbox360iso.com forums, that's their area of expertise
  9. I'm trying to burn a .dvd file on a DL disc with IMGburn. I have done this before but not since this past summer. Now I start to burn and it gets stuck at 0-6%(4 tries), it doesnt say anything is wrong, it just stops. I have let it sit for up to 3 hours, to no avail. When I cancel it, it freezes up. The discs I uses have worked before with no problem, and My drive was bought over the summer. If anyone can give a clue to what is wrong or what to do, I would be most grateful. 10. First off, I have an external usb plug in HP dvd writer (DVD1270e) My problem is that when burning DVD+R DL discs, the write speed doesn't get above 0.7x and continues to fail an hour and a half or so into the burn. I am using Windata discs and i know that they are crap, but they shouldn't be affecting my writespeed, right? I have a windows xp desktop computer w/ no usb 2.0 ports. I got this drive from Newegg b/c of blisteringly high reviews and praises, so i don't know whats wrong. If there is any additional info i need to provide, don't hesitate to ask and i appreciate your time. I 01:12:54 ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 started! 13. Thanks ianymaty, for saving me probably alot of time and headaches. I found another product, that's a bit more expensive but i think it could do the job: http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0327591 So what about this product? If not this, can you please show me an external drive that would work?
  14. What's wrong with them? Would they be ok if I only used them 4-5 times a month? I don't plan for heavy use, just the occasional one.
  15. My current drive only writes cds, so I am looking for a cheap external dvd writer drive. My purpose for these drives are to burn xbox games onto some 8x 8.5gb dual layer discs, so can you tell me which drive would be better, or if they both will not work?
