  1. It is working now. Thanks alot Lightning UK! and Rincewind for your fast service. Thanks alot! : )
  2. I didnt renamed the zip file to ISO (or at least, I dont think I did), i used the BUILD mode of IMGburn. But anyways, i followed the guide, and it seems that the ISO is the same as the old one i had from before. Same amount of gig etc. I am gonna burn it again, i will edit this post with the results... One difference though; before, I choose option UDF, and now i choose ISO + UDF at the build screen. If it now burns correctly, that would be the reason why, i think.
  3. edit: Whoops, quoted, instead of edit. Sorry.
  4. I dont get it #39;) That is the content of the disk ive burned. I burned a ISO file on a cd, but it ends up being a rar file on the burned CD. Gianizm_1.rar <--- map on cd (yes its a rar file) ----------Gianizm_1 <--- first map ----------------VIDEO_TS <---- the map inside the gianizm_1 map -------------------VIDEO_TS.BUP <---- all in the map video_ts -------------------VIDEO_TS.IFO -------------------VIDEO_TS.FOB -------------------VTS_01_0.BUP -------------------VTS_01_0.IFO -------------------VTS_01_0.VOB -------------------VTS_01_1.VOB -------------------VTS_01.2.VOB -------------------VTS_01.3.VOB -------------------VTS_01.4.VOB -------------------VTS_01.5.VOB ''So what I am asking you is what does the DVD you just burned look like? Please list the contents of the DVD you just burned. '' Like the overview above. The first map i encouter when i go the disk is a rar file, Gianizm_1.rar, inside that rar file is another map called Gianizm_1, which contains the Video_TS map with all the files in it. But as far as i know, the map on the cd shouldnt be a Zip file at all, right? It should basically be a normal Gianizm_1 map, with inside, a Video_TS map with all the vof,ifo and Bup files inside, right? edit: So basically, this file on the cd (which is a rar file) is the same as the rar file i had before i changed it to a ISO. I think thats best way to sum it up : )
  5. Ok, a overview of the zip file (a file which contains all combined zip files from 001 to 010), the file itself is, like i said before the result of combining smaller zip files with hjjsplit: This is also the way it is burned on the cd. There is only 1 rar file on the cd (which is this one). Gianizm_1.rar ----------Gianizm_1 ----------------VIDEO_TS -------------------VIDEO_TS.BUP -------------------VIDEO_TS.IFO -------------------VIDEO_TS.FOB -------------------VTS_01_0.BUP -------------------VTS_01_0.IFO -------------------VTS_01_0.VOB -------------------VTS_01_1.VOB -------------------VTS_01.2.VOB -------------------VTS_01.3.VOB -------------------VTS_01.4.VOB -------------------VTS_01.5.VOB
  6. Lightning UK, i think i made a mistake. I posted the wrong log, that one was indeed (or as far as i know) my attempt to create a ISO out of a ZIP file. But afterwards, like i said, the ISO worked properly. It worked on VLC. But did i made a mistake here? Ye, im not into these things . 7. Oke, so i tried to burn a ISO file 2 times. The first time it went wrong at 3%, and the second time it couldnt be played by my dvd player. I only got 1 dvd+r left, so here's my problem; - I downloaded something - I put the zip files together with HJSsplit. - I changed the zip file with IMGBurn into a ISO file (but it couldnt be done with normal settings because of its size, 4,3 gig, so i changed the settings to UDF, whatever that means). - This ISO file is as far as i know of good quality. I can play the ISO file with VLC and it works properly. No problems here. - I burn the image file (this ISO) on a empty dvd+r and it ends up being a zip file. if i check the burned disk, it only says there is a zipfile (of 4.3x gig). Which is probably the reason why i doesnt work on my dvd players. But why exactly is it a zip file? Shouldnt it be video_ts file (there is one in the zip)? My ISO worked at VLS, so i think the file in itself is oke. Where did i went wrong? What is the reason why i cannot play it? edit: oh the log says, ''Content Type: Data'' but ive read in a other topic that that shouldnt be right. Could this have something to do with the problem? Also, the original ZIP file did not had a AUDIO_TS map (not even a empty one), only VIDEO_TS. Dont know if thats wrong... Full logg: I 22:43:38 ImgBurn Version 2.5.0.0 started!
