I 01:30:21 Operation Started! Supplying additional info regarding my software version and OS version, I think Imgburn is up to date but there might be a service pack for windows that i haven't installed. I think my burner is also up to date. Why is some backups working but not others? Thanks.
  2. I'm making a backup of the movie "The Hangover" bluray disc, I got the error "E 00:45:27 Failed to Write Sectors 10271328 - 10271359 - Reason: Write Error - Loss of Streaming". I tried it two times and got the same error. I'm using a LG bluray writer, and unbranded bluray disc from a Taiwan manufacturer. I'm getting this error for some of my other backups as well, it happens about twice for every 100 backups. What's the cause of this error? Is it the burner? disc? And how come it doesn't occur for most of my backups as i'm using the same burner and discs? Thanks in advance! 3. Hello, I tested a few more times with the write speed at 6X instead of MAX, and you were right, the problem went away. The disc was copied without any error reported. I have a few more questions though: 1. When i insert the disc, it does show in imageburn that 10X is supported, but am I likely to run into error if i run at the max speed? I had success with Max speed for a while, but then recently I ran into errors. I just have this itch to run it at a faster speed, but maybe I shouldn't take the risk? 2. I'm starting to get the feeling that Blu-ray discs or players are quite sensitive, esp. the PS3. I burnt two copies of "Monster House", one i printed the label with a inkjet and the other one I didn't print the label. The PS3 will the play the one without the label printed, but not the one with the label printed. My stand alone Phillips player will play both however. So even inkjet printing will affect the playability of the disc? What's causing the PS3 not to play the label printed disc? is it the discs problem? too much ink? what should i do to prevent these problems to occur? Thanks in advance! Rabbi
  4. Hi Guys, I'm new and this is my first post. I've been using ImgBurn for over a month and it's a great software. However, I have been having this finalizing disc problem for the past two days. It always says "Finalise Disc Failed! - Reason: Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format". I successfully backup many movies before, using the same type of disc, without having this error. So I doubt it's the problem of the disc. I'm guessing it's a software issue, but then I haven't changed any of the settings. I'm attaching the details of the log below: I 12:43:05 Operation Started!
