What would I have to do to fix it?

My first attemp to burn one of my games to a disc failed. I was suggested to update the firmware on my drive. When trying to re flash with the new firmware, my computer shut down and my drive is messed up. The computer doesn't recognize it anymore. I can't find it anywhere on my computer. It won't open. I believe this is called a bad flash. Does anyone know how to fix this? My drive is a Philips DVD 8701

So I downloaded the files now what?

So I just download the update and that's it? Why did my disc not finalize and verify the first time.

I have an Xbox 360 Lite On Drive flashed with LTPlus-934v1.1.bin firmware. I downloaded the ISO of one of my games with WxRipper. I didn't stealth patch because I dont have Xbox live. I opened ImgBurn 2.5.5.0, and clicked Write Image File To Disc. I uploaded my .dvd source and put in my Verbatim 8.5 GB DL Disc. The drive I used to burn is called PHILIPS DVD+-RW DVD 8701. This is my log. Something went wrong because my xbox said play dvd when i played it. So i just wasted a disc. what did I do wrong? ImgBurn.log
