  1. f you already have the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders with all the VOB, IFO's, and BUP files. You don't need to convert them to .iso file. With ImageBurn, choose 'Write files/folders to Disk' option...but make sure you're ISO type is Joilet + UDF....anyways..you'll find this in guides or support too. I'm watching a movie copy right now. I used DVD Shrink on the original DVD movie to encode/backup the VIDEO_TS folder and files...then I used ImageBurn to burn a copy. My standalone DVD player is playing the copied DVD just fine

  8. Ok...he got of his ass and is busy...I'll have the log file for you very soon
  9. Ok...so I have taken the .iso file and created a DVD...It completes with the nice little musical jingle. But it still will only play on computers and not on 3 different standalone DVD players...2 of mine and my neighbors...What am I doing wrong?
  10. Ok. Question 1: If I go to a store to buy a DVD disc, are there 2 types?...One that states it is 'DVD-Video compliant' ? The discs I'm using do not state this anywhere...they are simply DVD +-R discs. Question 2: Remember that I am running software that creates a slideshow and then automatically launches IMGBurn. I can see it creating and .iso file as the 'input' file...and then injecting that information into IMBBurn...probably using 'scripts'? Response to to directory creation: The DVD Slideshow program is creating an 'Audio_TS' folder...but it is always empty. Summary: I can stop this Slideshow program before it automatically launches IMGBurn...with an ISO file. Can I simply take that .iso file and configure IMGBurn to create a 'watchable' DVD on any DVD player?..or do I need to purchase special DVD's from a store?
  11. Ah..now that's a good point!..Thank You...I believe it burned it as a data disk...It did created Audio and Video TS folders...Is there an option I'm missing that will burn this so I can just play it in both a standalone Dvd player...as well as a computer? However...I noticed that an off the shelf 'DVD' movie also will show these subfolders as well...forgive me..but I'm new to burning DVD's and much more experienced with CD's. Yes to PowerDVD as well as Windows Media Player.
  12. Will that really help? What a simple task it is that I'm requesting.
  13. I'm using a program called 'DVD Slideshow'. After creating your slideshow with pictures, sound, etc., It automatically launches ImgBurn and creates a DVD. It works great, except the DVD only plays on computers with DVD drive installed. It will not play on 3 different DVD only boxes I've tried. Is this software only designed to play on computers?...or is there some setting I'm missing to make it work on ANY dvd player?
