I made a mistake with the error message from the player. It read 'Incompatible Disc' rather than 'Incompatible Structure'. I don't know whether this is a) some problem with the m2ts file though it plays in isolation on my PC some problem with the format created by tsmuxer or c) some problem with the settings in imgburn. I've compared the disc with a different blu-ray that plays perfectly and the file system looks identical - nothing added, nothing taken away.
