Hi guys im trying to burn a game on my laptop and i keep getting the error W 14:08:57 Retry Failed - Reason: No Reference Position Found this comes after imgburn tells me to close the tray. I have attached a full log for you guys if it helps, i just want to know what is happening and is there any way to fix it?
