It's a brand new drive as in a month or so old.I have only burned about 20 DVDs if that.

Yes i have tried unplugging and plugging it back in again, i will swap over the SATA cable and see if thats the issue. I can test burn a cd and see what the log comes up with if you want?

This is a brand new drive and it seems to only do this when i burn at faster speeds, when i burn at slower speeds it works fine. The DVD-RW drive will lose power forcing me to restart the computer to get power back to the DVD-RW. Any insights into this problem are appreciated. I 12:34:37 ImgBurn Version 2.5.7.0 started!
