Doh, just realised my discs are DVD-RW. Am I correct in saying you can't change the book type with - discs?

Also, which file system type should I choose under file system options so it will play in my home dvd player?

I want to change the book type before I burn the disc but i'm not sure which tab I should choose. My drive is an Optiarc AD-7261S 1.03. Any help is appreciated.
