Cannot create an image file from a blu-ray disc. I keep getting the error in the subject line ImgBurn1.log

Sorry one more question, does Magic Blu-ray take the place of AnyDVD which your program doesn't like?

Also tried another software package called Magic Blu-ray Copy. Which utilizes your software to burn. After using their software I didn't understand the need or concept for their product, your comments would be appreciated

Thank you for the quick response. Have tried at other speeds. The funny thing is I was able to burn the blu ray early this morning using a Verbatin at 4X speed. Also, I did not find any firmware updates for my writer. Followed your link to firmware updates but nothing for my writer, any suggestions?

I have tried 5 times to burn a blu-ray with no success. I followed your advice on trying different manufacturer's media. I was able to burn two discs prior to updating to the latest version of your software (don't know if the update is related to the issue). forgot to mention the 18 million number is for sectors

I am trying to back up my blu ray disc. I successfully copy the image file to the hard drive but when I try to write it to a blank BD-R disc receive the warning about insufficeint disc space. The image file is 18,481,536 and the BD-R only shows 12,000,000. The blu-ray is a movie that is 91 minutes long. Any ideas what I should do?
