Hello! I'm needing a DVD drive where I can change the Booktype. Have an ISO that I need to burn onto a DVD+R DL and have the Booktype as DVD-ROM. I currently have a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GU70N LT23, but it doesn't seem to be able to do it. It's an internal drive for my Thinkpad.
I doubt it'll be worth trying to replace this Hitachi-LG with another internal laptop drive as Lenovo has hardware whitelists that I don't want to deal with. Ideally it'd be a little usb run external drive but it can be a 5.25" if need be. Just going crazy trying to find a drive where the bit setting can be changed, knowing this before purchasing. Bonus points if it's a decently recent drive and available on Amazon.
