  1. Tried the firmware update and restarted the computer but still wasn't able to burn a disc properly. Tried it on another computer and it worked like normal. So I guess my plan now is to try and get a new drive.. Thanks for the help though!

  3. I'm trying to read a windows 10 disk to make an iso image, but every time I try the read only takes 2 seconds and the iso file is only about 2kb (when I know it should be around 4gb). If anyone has any suggestions or knows why this might be happening I'd appreciate the feedback. Thanks
