I've burned at least 50 BD DL media discs without issue and this is the first time ever encountering this problem so I don't believe its the drive. sorry should have posted with the account i started this forum with nothing seems to be working properly today

I using windows 10 home but the log says Microsoft Windows 8 Core x64 Edition (6.2, Build 9200) should I try reinstalling imgburn - I'm completely confused.

This burn failed for a reason I don't understand could someone explain why it failed and what can be done to correct this.
