techPowerUp! has a handy "review database", which you might useful. I only discovered it last week, and it's already my first port of call for hardware info. The Corsair Nautilus 500 has been around for almost 12 months, and has had fairly favourable reviews. From the reviews, it's not going to be as quiet as the Zalman... especially if you do any overclocking. The upside is you get a reasonable quality kit for around ?100. I've always been tempted to try something like this DIY job, though
