I made the .cue file but when I click on it it just brings me to the main menu of imgburn. The game doesn’t start.

Trying to burn the game “Rouge Spear” from my disc to my computer. When I transfer it, it goes into .bin file. When I try to start it up it gives me an error saying to use a .cue file. Thank you
