Incomplete disc?!?!?

Okay, here's my situation (I wrote a couple days ago under another thread)

I have been burning dvds fine for 2 weeks now using dvd shrink/imgtool/imgburn using dvd-rs (Memorex), everything was perfect. Then, I picked up some sony dvd-rws. Thats when the trouble began. Since I have changed the type of dvds I am using, nothing works!! When I am done burning, ImgBurn says disc is "incomplete" under status, whereas before it said "complete" when I was done burning. When I put the disc in my dvd players, they don't playback. I checked a list of compatibility, and BOTH my dvd players are compatible for DVD-RWs. Also, my dvd burner says its supports DVD-RWs. So, if my computer says it likes DVD-RWs, and my DVD players do too, then why the problem? I have changed absolutely nothing in what I am doing, I have only changed the media. Am I supposed to do something with DVD-RWs that I don't do with DVD-Rs? I don't know much about this stuff, so I turn to you guys for help. A copy of the log from ImgBurn when I burn a faulty dvd is below. Actually, now that I think about it there was one other change, I think I might have updated my imgburn to version 1.2.0.0 as well. I dunno, I never get any indiction either from ImgBurn that anything has gone wrong, other than the fact that it says "incomplete". After so called burning, it says "operation successfully completed". Help!!

Put the DVD-RW in the drive.

Load ImgBurn

From the Tools -> Drive -> Close menu, Select 'Track', 'Session', 'Disc' (in that order).

Keep note of which ones work and which ones display and error, then report back.

Hopefully when you've done all 3 it will no longer say 'Incomplete'. If it does, stop using that media - you drive doesn't fully support it.

Maybe a firmware update would fix that.

Personally I've had no experience of Ritek RW media, I only use Verbatim/Ricoh ones.
