Cynthia Posted May 8, 2010 Share Posted May 8, 2010 It should be able to burn DVD +R DL media at 2.4x speed. Might be that the brand you use is not very good. Can you switch to read mode and insert a blanc disc and copy the info in the disc info panel window? (Assuming that the computer is not yet outside the window). ianymaty Posted May 9, 2010 Share Posted May 9, 2010 You don't have to throw the whole computer... The last firwmare update is way back in 4th May, 2006 and that is already installed in your drive.
